About

A strategic operator
for AI at scale.

I sit at the intersection of frontier AI and enterprise rigor — translating model capability into measurable, repeatable business outcomes for the executives who depend on them.

The hardest problem in applied AI isn't the model. It's the operating system around it — the workflows, the quality bar, the SLAs, the people, and the executive narrative that holds it all together as the program scales.

For thirteen years I've built those systems — anchored in PMI standards and PMBOK fluency, sharpened across PMP, PMI-ACP, and most recently CPMAI™, and applied to every program I've owned. I've led 45+ specialists across geographies, defined human-in-the-loop frameworks for AI products serving Fortune 500 customers, and given executives the kind of clarity that turns ambiguous initiatives into confident go-decisions.

My work is quiet by design. Programs that ship on time, teams that scale without breaking, stakeholders who get answers before they ask. That's the bar.

The discipline keeps evolving with the technology. Today that means designing delivery with trustworthy-AI principles built in from day one — evaluation evidence, model monitoring, governance touchpoints, and the kind of operational accountability enterprise buyers now require before they scale.

I don't manage projects. I build the conditions under which complex AI programs become inevitable.

Expertise

Where I create
the most leverage.

Three disciplines, deeply integrated. They are the difference between an AI demo and an AI program your customers can rely on.

01 / AI Operations

From model to operating system.

Designing the human-in-the-loop architecture, evaluation pipelines, and quality bars that make probabilistic systems behave like dependable products.

  • HITL workflow architecture
  • LLM output evaluation & IRR frameworks
  • Model drift detection & monitoring
  • Data-labeling quality governance
02 / Program Strategy

Executive clarity at speed.

Translating ambiguous AI ambition into roadmaps, OKRs, and stakeholder narratives that earn — and keep — executive confidence, including the governance and risk lens enterprise sponsors now expect.

  • Roadmap, OKR & North Star design
  • Executive & board reporting
  • AI go/no-go decision gates
  • AI risk, dependency & mitigation
03 / Delivery Excellence

PMI discipline, applied at scale.

Thirteen years of PMBOK-grounded program rigor — across PMP, PMI-ACP, CPMAI™, SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall — applied so AI delivery scales without losing the quality bar.

  • PMI, PMBOK & CPMAI™ fluency
  • CPMAI six-phase AI lifecycle
  • SAFe · Agile · Waterfall
  • RAID, RACI & risk management
Methodology

How I run
AI programs.

The CPMAI™ six-phase methodology I'm certified in, mapped to how I actually operate production GenAI programs — with the outcome each phase produces.

  1. Phase I

    Business understanding

Most AI programs fail on alignment, not technology. I start with the business problem: ROI targets, success criteria, and the go/no-go thresholds executive sponsors sign off — before anything ships.

OKR cycles & North Star metrics Business-alignment reporting for Fortune 500 C-suites.
  2. Phase II

    Data understanding

Before scope is committed, I assess whether the data can support the quality bar the business signed up for — availability, labeling state, and the ground truth every later evaluation will stand on.

Data feasibility before commitment Reviewer signal treated as ground truth across every account.
  3. Phase III

    Data preparation

Quality is built at the annotation layer. I run data-labeling governance, rater calibration rubrics, and inter-rater reliability frameworks so the data the system is judged against holds up.

    98–100% accuracy · 900+ tickets/month Six-person global reviewer team, no per-review supervision.
  4. Phase IV

    Model development

I don't build the models — I make the iteration loop precise. A cross-account failure taxonomy and structured triage turn reviewer signal into engineering handoffs the product team can act on.

Failure taxonomy → roadmap Systematic root-cause analysis feeding product improvements.
  5. Phase V

    Model evaluation

Nothing reaches a client on hope. Evaluation rubrics, production-readiness checks, and go/no-go quality gates decide what ships — with evidence, not opinion.

0.9% defect escape rate Across 4,400+ production AI tasks.
  6. Phase VI

    Model operationalization

Deployment is the starting line, not the finish. Weekly model drift detection, recalibration protocols, and studio health dashboards keep quality visible — and sustained.

92.7% → 99.7–100% accuracy Sustained at enterprise scale, monitored weekly.

Then the loop repeats. CPMAI is iterative by design — so are my programs.

How I work

The principles
behind the programs.

Operating principles I've earned the hard way — across thirteen years, dozens of programs, and one constant: senior executives who needed certainty.

"Velocity without quality is just expensive activity. I design programs where rigor and speed reinforce each other instead of trading off."

On delivery

"Executives don't want status. They want certainty. My job is to convert ambiguity into the smallest possible set of decisions they have to make."

On stakeholders

"AI quality is not a model property. It's an operating property. The team, the workflow, and the feedback loop are the system."

On AI operations

"Forty-five people in five time zones is not a logistics problem. It's a clarity problem. Get that right and the work runs itself."

On global teams

"Responsible AI isn't a separate workstream. It's a quality bar — built into the workflow, the evaluation, and the executive narrative from day one. Programs that bolt it on at the end pay for it twice."
